HP 250 G9 Notebook PC (Prod ID 6S6S9EA#ABU)

I have the same problem with 2 HP 250 G9 laptops.

Both were purchased in the last 12 months. The problem is just as the earlier person (Brian) describes, whenever the users of these laptops are in a Teams or Zoom call, the other participants on the call say that the audio from the HP user is very poor. The sound is muffled and the audio does not sync with the video.

One of the laptops was sent back to HP in July 2023, the Case Number (CSO) BVBM407302. But HP simply reinstalled the OS back to factory settings. It made no difference – the same problems continued.

I would really like to know how did HP respond to Brian’s previous post?

Has anyone else experience this? Grateful for assistance or suggestions.
