When I hear audio from the laptop's left speaker, I hear a caw as output from the device. When I hear the audio, sometimes it's like the left speaker shot down and then returned ON after a few milliseconds. I made the respective test and troubleshoot, but it didn't help to solve the problem. Furthermore, sometimes the audio volume slows down without me doing anything and the values on the bar volume remain the same. After a few times, the audio may return up and then go down again. What may be the problem?
Ps. I already tried this solution Solved: Problem with audio - HP Support Community - 9129525 but after a few times the problem came back.

BIOS or Firmware Issues
Occasionally, outdated BIOS or firmware can contribute to audio malfunctions.
- Update the BIOS:
- Visit the HP Support page for your device.
- Search for the latest BIOS version.
- Follow the instructions to update.
Faulty Audio Jack or External Connections
If you've used headphones or external speakers recently, a damaged audio jack may cause the internal speakers to malfunction.
- Test External Audio Devices:
- Connect headphones or external speakers and check if the problem persists.
Restore Factory Settings
If all else fails, reset the audio configuration to default.
- Restore Default Audio Settings:
- Right-click the sound icon in the taskbar and select Open Sound settings.
- Click Device properties for your output device.
- Select Reset to the device defaults.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
