Product: HP ENVY 13 x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop volume is getting so low that I can barely hear it at full volume. I returned my last laptop because I had the same issue so it might be a model wide defect. Can anyone suggest a solution for the issue? (Please don't suggest to reinstall the drivers, this does not work)
