Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I recently downgraded my laptop to Windows 7 after getting tired of Windows 10 being slow. 7 worked well on the system, but when I plugged in my headphones, the audio was a lot quieter than it should be, and it's not the pair either. I tried a different set and it gave me the exact same results. I'm wondering what's up here and I'd like it to be fixed, as I do not have the money or time to buy a new laptop right now.

Hi;

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if installing the audio driver directly from Realtek resolves the problem.

Accept the agreement.  Download and install the 2nd driver on the list...
