Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I use an HP 15-dw2xxx with an Intel Core i3-1005G1 (1.2 GHz, 2-core) processor and 4 gigs of RAM, and recently I've been running into an issue where audio sounds bass-boosted despite not changing anything. I've tried reverting my audio drivers which didn't fix the problem, and neither did turning off hardware acceleration or audio enhancements. On the sound test page, it sounds fine for the first part of the test then gets really bass-heavy on the second half. I've never had this issue before (and no, it isn't headphone-related since the same issue happened when I tested it with the speakers). I know it can't be Realtek drivers because I've never had them installed, so I decided to ask here for more advice.
