hi everyone, i know that there are already some question similar to this but i can not find a way to resolve my issue. let me explain:
if i power on my notebook already with my headphone inserted, the audio is full range (i can hear bass frequencies). if i power on my pc without my headphone inserted or i disconnect the headphones for a few minutes, the audio i hear once i want to listen from my headphone, totally lacks on bass sound and to resolve this i have to restart my pc with the headphones inserted.
I've already tried to reinstall audio driver and it worked but the next day the problem come back. (every time i power off my pc) 

i've also tried to roll back the driver update, the results are the same as before.

 

I've read that i could change the audio from single streaming to multistreaming so it can detect to add bass when i connect my headphone but on B&O audio control there is not this option .

i've also run the automatic problem solving from hp support assistant and there is no issue.

Please help me
