Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

Have some type of windows 10 lab top whose audio is not working. I don't even have a speaker in my device manager window...Cant hear anything on youtube or disneiy plus. The speaker icon on the bottom right corner of  my taskbar has a speaker with a xlash mark on it...Need help with audio.
