I have one more question to ask.

Yesterday I was trying to write some ascii code not included in the keyboard with ALT+ code, but I couldn't figure out why it was working. I tried multiple times but nothing. In these instances I can't just copy paste because it doesn't work inside the software plus I don't have space to use an external keyboard with numpad included (or even just an external numpad). Is there something I am doing wrong?

After reading your post, I did go through the internet and found that putting the computer back to the factory default might resolve the issue.

Let's try complete factory system recovery, Click here to perform a System Recovery (Windows 10)

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Ok, I'll try again when I have time (I need to redownload all the cloud data after recovery and I have a 7Mb/s connection). Thanks

After contacting HP via phone call, they suggested to contact Microsoft. After trying the 6 step guide that they suggested and eventually failed to solve, the issue they answered this: https://translate.google.com/translate?sl=auto&tl=en&u=https%3A%2F%2Fanswers.microsoft.com%2Fit-it%2...

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
