HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14m-dw1023dx
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi. I have recently bought HP Pavilion x360 m Convertible 14m-dw1023dx. After upgrading to Windows 11, I have lost HP B&O Audio Control software from my laptop rather, it seems to be replaced by HP Audio Switch which is nothing but a crap. I am facing severe low audio issues. I have tried reinstalling the relevant audio drivers and updated my Windows but the issue is still persistent. Anyone, who can guide me? Help would be much appreciated. Seems like, I  wasted my money in buying HP product.

I have already tried installing it from HP Drivers. I does not improve the sound quality at all. Can you suggest why B&O Audio Driver is replaced by RealTek HD Audio Driver? I find it strange because my laptop has a permanent trademark of B&O beside my keypad.

Hello @bensafi

B&O should be packaged inside <Realtek audio driver> setup. This is how it is done at HP.

Kind regards
