@Akib10, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding B&O Audio Control Issues After Upgrading to Windows 11!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
If you've lost access to the B&O Audio Control Panel after upgrading to Windows 11, you can follow these steps to restore it:
Access the B&O Play Control Panel:
From the Start screen, type Control Panel, and select Control Panel.
Select Hardware and Sound, and then choose B&O Play Control Panel.
Alternatively, from the Windows desktop, right-click the Start button and select Control Panel. Choose Hardware and Sound, then select B&O Play Control Panel.
Uninstall and Reinstall Audio Drivers:
- Start by navigating to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features.
- Find Elite Slice HD Audio, click on it, and select Uninstall.
- Once uninstalled, restart your computer.
- To reinstall, navigate to the folder where the audio driver setup files are stored, typically under C:/SWsetup/DRV/Audio/Conexant/HDAudio/.
- Run Setup.exe to reinstall the driver.
Following these steps should help you regain access to the audio control settings that were lost.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
