Hello,
i have an issue with the B&O Audio Control panel. Once launched it immediately crashes without any error message.
This is a fresh Windows 10 64-bit installation with nothing else installed other than the Realtek High-Definition audio driver from the HP driver store. Voice quality in general is pretty bad also.
Before that I had a fully updated Windows 10 with all drivers installed but the behaviour was the same, that is why I gave it another clean try without anything else installed to isolate the issue.
Any suggestions on how to fix B&O audio control aswell as the audio quality?
PS: B&O Audio Control gets installed by default with the provided Realtek driver from HP so this should definitely work.
Product number: 7KE36EA#ABD
Thanks & Best Regards
Stefan
