hello, I tried to open B&O audio control in my laptop, but it get notification like thisb&o.jpg

When I go to windows store, to reinstall it, it's still not working. Then I tried to unisntall then install it again, still didn't work, I tried reinstall my audio driver still didn't work. I also updtae my driver and bios. still didn't work. Please Help.
