Pavillion 15-cw1008no
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Pavillion 15-cw1008no running Windows 10. The B&O audio app states that it can't find the RPC service. I have no speaker audio. Only have audio via an external bluetooth speaker and also my headphones. The service tech's only advice was to reinstall the entire computer which seems excessive. Any ideas are helpful. (The computer is less than a year old and I haven't been blasting the volume).

I understand that you are facing an audio issue.

 

Please uninstall the audio drivers and reinstall the drivers.

 

Also, update the BIOS.

Please try to reinstall the B& O software
