1)  I had to reinstall by os  by using usb method .Now B & O audio     / HP audio control app missing.

2)  And then i found in hp community to install software provided there with links. I installed that.Then  the audio device seem broken.It showed a red cross sign.

3)  I  uninstalled all audio driver  & installed latest driver.Still no solution(still audio device was not working ,not even any external headphone).The only think worked that i had to reinstall windows .fff.. So  i cant  get the software that was preinstalled when i purched that laptop.If i try any solved solution from hp community the audio device gets broken .

4) Can i get that software installed without getting my device broken ?dont tell me to install some software  so that my audio device gets broken again......i need solution why this is happening.

 

i currenty have these installed after successful win10  intstallation & my device is working fine without b & o driver
