Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The B&O audio Client is complaining that the RPC service is not working. I have tried updating to the latest version of the driver from the software support pages (dated July 2020) but it still isn't working.

Thanks for the suggestions unfortunately I've checked the settings suggested in that post and they are correct. If I could find the location of the software I might be able to add it as an exception to the firewall but that information appears to be hidden from me.
