Hi @LAPTOP-31BNGFII,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

We understand how frustrating it is to accidentally delete the Bang & Olufsen (B&O) Audio Control software from your HP laptop and not be able to find it in the Microsoft Store. Don’t worry, we’ll help you restore it.

How to Reinstall B&O Audio Control Software

The B&O Audio Control software is typically bundled with the Realtek High Definition Audio driver provided by HP. To reinstall it:

Step 1: Visit HP’s Official Driver Page

Use the link below to access the correct drivers for your HP laptop:

🔗 Official HP® Support

If your product number is different, you can manually enter it on that page or let HP auto-detect your device.

Step 2: Download the Audio Driver

  • Scroll to the Driver-Audio section.
  • Download the latest Realtek High Definition Audio Driver.
  • Install it and restart your laptop.

This should restore the B&O Audio Control panel, along with enhanced audio features.

Additional Tip

If the B&O Audio Control still doesn’t appear after reinstalling the driver:

  • Open Control Panel > Programs and Features and check if “Bang & Olufsen Audio Control” is listed.
  • If not, try reinstalling the HP Support Assistant and run Audio Check🔗 HP Support Assistant | HP® Support

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
