Product name: HP Pavilion 15 cw1004la
Dear community,
I purchased this laptop recently on Sam's club on México and it came preinstalled with B&O.
A few days ago, I realized some issues with my laptop, but the main one was volume tended to vary even when I set it up to 100%, decreasing automatically from time to time.
I tried to solve it following some forum advises, hence, I installed RealTek's driver. Problem was solved then, but when I wanted to use the B&O equalizer I could notice it was uninstalled. It seems it happened when I updated RealTek's driver.
Is there any way it can be installed again?
Really looking forward to your response and thank you so much in advance!
