Pavilion 15-CC129TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Whenever I connect my headphones, B&O experience option gets grayed out. It works normally when Laptop speakers are used. It was working fine before I reinstalled windows. After the re-installation the problem has started. I have reinstalled the realtek drivers. Also my HP recovery manager is not getting installed. Whenever I install HP recovery manager, the installation process takes place and as soon as the bar gets 100% it suddenly shuts down and the software doesn't get installed.

Please Help.

I have attached the image of B&O Play Audio Control.

@pavilion_usr,

I reviewed your post and I understand that the Bang and Olufsen experience doesn’t work when you connect headphones.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Have you tested with different headphones?

I would like to inform you that some headphone doesn’t support this feature and that could be a reason why is it grayed out. Having said that, I recommend you uninstall the audio driver from device manager and then download and install the audio driver from the below link and check.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
