After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have HP Audio Switch; HP CoolSense; HP Documentation; HP ePrint; HP JumpStart; HP Support Assistant; HP Connection Optimizer; HP Privacy Settings; HP BIOS Recovery softwares installed on the PC.

To get the answer to this question, this model doesn't go with B&O software.

To get the answer to this question, this model doesn't go with B&O software.  There is no software for this model.

thank you for reply, but in hardware table was specified Audio features B&O

HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-dk0030ur Product Specifications

Audio features

B&O, dual speakers, HP Audio Boost

If I've laptop with hardware B&O, why I can't install software B&O?

ok, but I've a trouble: We were unable to find drivers for your product. Screen in attachment.

Windows 10.

And I've not option to choose operation sysytem.... 😞
