B&O sound system issue.

Hello! 

I think my speakers dont work properly. Recently one friend of mine bought a HP Elitebook 830 G5 and we compared the sound (both of them having B&O). His laptop sounds much better than mine (it was a huge difference). 

I`ve downloaded a software in order to check my laptop, and i`ve noticed there is nothing about B&O in the "audio" section.

I`ve contacted B&O team, but they directed me towards HP.

Any advice for me?

It is Realtek, you can find B&O inside HP Audio Switch

  

Your can't compare HP Elitebook 830 G5 with your Pavilion. Your Pavilion is at the bottom end of notebooks/laptops and the Elitebook is at the top end.

I can`t find HP Audio Switch in my laptop, it should`nt be preinstalled?

I ve tried this, but i received an error (Realtek HD Audio Driver Failure !! [Error Code : -0001])
