Spectre x360 Convertible 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The sound from the B&O speakers is tinny and scratchy, almost to the point of being unlistenable. I have to use headphones now they are so bad. I have tried updating the driver, but that doesn't seem to help.

Please do a clean install Audio softeware/driver, this should help.

(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,

    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp87501-88000/sp87996.exe

(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.

Regards.
