Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to once again get this matter resolved.

My daughter removed the B&O software from my laptop in error. Please coiuld someone help me to get it back? All drivers and other software is up to date.

Previous suggestion of using HP recovery software is not possible because HP Recovery Manager was discontinued in 2018

Ended up resetting notebook and now B&O is back

Your machine is an HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eh0006na, its specs

Normally Audio driver contains O&B software therefore please re-install it to your machine

Updated driver from your link. Rebooted and B&O is still missing from start up.
