@Madakarinayaka1,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If the B&O Audio Control Center is missing on your HP Pavilion 15, you can try reinstalling it using the following methods.

Reinstall Audio Drivers via HP Support

  1. Go to HP's official website:
    • Visit HP Customer Support – Software and Driver Downloads
  2. Enter your laptop model (HP Pavilion 15) and select your operating system.
  3. Look for "Audio Driver" under the driver list.
  4. Download and install the Realtek Audio Driver (often includes B&O enhancements).
  5. Restart your laptop and check if the B&O Control Center is available.

Install via Microsoft Store

  1. Open the Microsoft Store on your laptop.
  2. Search for "Bang & Olufsen Audio Control" in the search bar.
  3. Download and install the app if available.
  4. Restart your laptop and check if it appears.

Install via Device Manager

  1. Right-click on Start → Select Device Manager.
  2. Expand Sound, video, and game controllers.
  3. Right-click on "Realtek Audio" (or any installed audio driver) → Select Update driver.
  4. Choose Search automatically for drivers and install any available updates.
  5. Restart your laptop and check for the B&O Control Center.

Use HP Recovery Manager

If your laptop came with B&O Audio Control pre-installed, you might be able to reinstall it using HP Recovery Manager:

  1. Press Windows + S and search for HP Recovery Manager.
  2. Open it and go to Reinstall drivers and applications.
  3. Find Bang & Olufsen Audio Control and reinstall it.
  4. Restart your laptop.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
