download b and o controller application to my pc this is a problem

In the meantime please try these steps:

1. Check Windows Store

1. Open Microsoft Store: Click on the Start Menu and search for Microsoft Store.
2. Search for B&O App: In the Microsoft Store, type “Bang & Olufsen” or “B&O” in the search bar.
3. Download the App: If the app appears in the search results, click on it and select Get or Install.

2. HP Support Website

1. Visit HP Support: Go to the HP Support website, Click HERE
2. Search for Your Laptop Model: Enter “Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000” in the search bar.
3. Drivers & Software: Navigate to the Drivers & Software section and look for any audio-related applications or drivers that include the B&O Controller.
4. Download the App: If available, download and install the B&O Controller application from there.
