BEATS AUDIO HP PAVILION 14V062BR

Meu notebook veio com um par de alto falantes da Beats Audio e com um painel para equalisar e etc.. e veio rodando  o windows 8.1, porém quando surgiu a atualização para windows 10, eu perdi o painel da Beats Audio. E não consigo resgatar.
Agradeço a ajuda.

My notebook came with a pair of Beats Audio speakers and a panel to equalize and came with windows 8.1, however when the update for windows 10 appeared and I updated I lost the Beats Audio panel. And I can not redeem it. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

I understand that you have an HP Pavilion 14v062br laptop and after updating to Win10, the Beats Audio panel has become unavailable. 

If the previous audio driver doesn't work, this Win10 IDT audio driver should restore the Beats Audio function.

This package provides the IDT Tempo High Definition Audio Driver for supported models that are running a supported operating system. File name: sp71717.exe

Olá, obrigado por ajudar.
Então, baixei este setup do IDT Audio.. porém durante a instalação recebi a seguinte mensagem: "O hardware detectado não é suportado por este pacote de software IDT. A instalação será abortada."
O que devo fazer?

So, I downloaded this setup from IDT Audio .. but during the installation I got the following message: "The detected hardware is not supported by this IDT software package.The installation will be aborted."

What should I do?

Bom como não consegui fazer de jeito nenhum o IDT funcionar, eu resolvi instalar o software DriverBooster 4, fui no gerenciador de dispositivos, desintalei o driver... e pus o programa pra atualizar.. após atualizar e reiniciar o computador o painel da Beats Audio voltou.
Obrigado ao suporte, e espero que o poste possa ajudar a alguém.

Hello guys, Well, since I could not do the IDT work at all, I decided to install the DriverBooster 4 software, I went to the device manager, I unplugged the driver ... and I put the program to update .. after updating and restarting the computer the Beats Audio panel  has returned.

Thanks to the support, and I hope the post can help someone.
