Hi can any one please help?

 

I recently upgraded from windows 8.1 to windows 10.

 

The problem I am having is since updating to windows 10 I have now lost the Beats Audio Driver.

The sound is now Tinny & is not anywhere as good sounding as it was.

Can anyone advise how I can solve this issue for the Audio please

Hi, Jay:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if installing this W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model notebook also works on yours.   Restart the PC after installing the driver.

I have installed the audio driver as you suggested.

This has worked & I now have the beats audio again too.
