Bad audi quality victus 16

I bought this  notebook this september and yet there is no way I can have 24 bit 192000 hz audio quality. Updated everything but no way. I had an old hp 880p from 2015 that has realtek audio as this new one and support better audio quality, how is this possible?

Let me check your basic system configuration before we continue ...

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

BIOS Version/Date

BaseBoard Product

BaseBoard Version

(2) Start Windows <Device Manager>

- Expand <Other devices> ? (Those entries are for hardware for which Windows has not loaded a suitable driver)

- Expand <Audio inputs and outputs>

- Expand <Bluetooth USB>

- Expand <Network adapters>

- Expand <Sound, video and game controllers>
