Product: PC OMEN HP 25L GAMING DESKTOP GT14-2XXX

Hi, me and my brother have had problems with poor microphone quality with this gaming PC from Omen HP.

This was not a problem before at all as everything worked beautifully when i had my old pc. But when I unfortunately bought this PC and went on discord to talk to friends, they commented that the microphone quality was bad. And the microphone was also like that on gta so this seems to be on every game or app where i use a microphone. Please someone help me!

 

I've tried watching tutorials from youtube, but it doesn't help at all.

What is your GT14-2XXX  machine ?  For example

 

              OMEN 25L GT14-2000a

 

Probably they use SAME audio software
