Product: Example: Spectre
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I keep getting rapid pop ups telling me that I have just plugged something into my audio jack (I haven't) and seconds later, that I have unplugged something (there's NOTHING there). I tried re-starting, at which point, audio cut out all together. The popup specified that it was coming from the B&O audio system. 

And of course this happens the week after I get an email from HP telling me they are no longer offering support for my computer (as in the model, not me personally). This laptop is barely 3 years old.
