Hello

I have created a new user account – uninstalled the audio drivers and installed the latest audio drivers from the HP website.

 

Sorry to say Bang and Olufsen Audio control and equaliser still missing.

 

Bang & Olufsen Audio Control icon visible in control panel is visible but does nothing.

 

I am very disappointed that nothing has worked so far.

 

Any further help would be greatly appreciated.
