Hi:

 

The B & O software is installed by the Realtek Audio driver, so the only suggestion I can offer would be to reinstall the audio driver from your notebook's support page.

The Bang & Olefson equalizer software is there and it works, but my laptop has a woofer that is supposed to be part of the Bang & Olefson program. Unfortunately, the woofer has no connection with the B & O software. There is no program for the builtin woofer.
