Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I try to open my B&O Audio Control app but it has message 'cannot connect to RPC service'. What should I do?This is the problem I haveThis is the problem I have

Hi @Steve_Fz19,

 

I had similar problems.

The solution I found was a deactivated Autostart item (Name: Realtek HD Audio Universal Service):

 

RealtekAutostartItem.PNG

 

Activated it and it works after a reboot.
