Bang & Olufsen Audio Control Doesn't work. Why & what should I do to fix this problem?

As I understand the Bang & Olufsen Audio Control Panel isn't turning on anymore,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

Did you attempt to reinstall the software?

 

If you haven't, please remove the software and try downloading and reinstalling the Realtek HD Audio software package on the following link - this should also reinstall the B&o guide:

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp80501-81000/sp80538.exe

 

When the re-installation has completed,

restart the notebook.
