Have recently upgraded to Windows 11, and when using the Bang & Olufsen Audio Control panel, the equaliser audio pre-sets are no longer available to select. Have tried the repair and reset options in the Windows options, yet doesn't do anything to help. The only thing that seems help is to reset Windows, which is something that I don't want to have to keep doing; and all the delivers that I've found are for Windows 10.
Going back to Windows 10 isn't an option for me and am hesitant to uninstall as don't know where to re-install it from
Any suggestion would be much appreciated.
Thank you

Please download and re-install Audio driver
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp111501-112000/sp111717.exe
I do not have this problem after upgrading from W10 to W11
Regards.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. Had already tried that, and have just tried it again. When trying to install the update get a dialogue box with the message 'The driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.22000)'
Also, the pre-sets you show, the EQ control pre-sets, aren't the problem, it's the audio pre-sets (music/movie/vocal) that I am unable to get and switch between now I'm on W11 which I could on W10.
I may be just being pedantic, so apologies
Regards,
Mark
