Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13m-bd0023dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My PC is only few months old with Bang & Olufsen Audio. Suddenly, from last week internal speakers/audio is not working. BT Audio and Headset Audio through Audio Jack are working fine. I've tried all the fixes available on internet like uninstalling/ reinstalling of drivers etc. But same issue. Because of the Data in my Laptop, I don't want to take it to warranty claim center. Can anybody help me in fixing this issue ?
