Yesterday I reinstalled Windows 10 on my notebook [ HP ENVY x360 - m6-w103dx (ENERGY STAR) ] via USB stick. It was original copy of Windows downloaded by Media Creation Tool and I used "rufus 3.13" burner to burn the .ISO file on flash drive. The issue I got after the reinstallation is that my Bang & Olufsen app is missing from Control Panel.
Then I did some googling and found out that its name was converted to "HP Audio Control" long ago and then after the *Fall Creator Update 2017* it was totally removed from notebooks. But why didn't all these thing happened to my notebook before although my notebook was connected to the internet everyday and was getting regular updates from Windows Update section in Settings.
Now my notebook doesn't sound as cool as before and now can I get my B&O app back? I used it everyday to adjust the tones according to the type of music I am listening. If you can help me with that, it would be highly appreciated.
Regards,
Uzair Ahmad

Hi:
Your notebook appears to be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
That should also reinstall the B & O audio software.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10, 7) | HP® Customer Support
You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media.
