Hi @RafiqHalani,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Bang & Olufsen product. If you're having issues with the RPC (Remote Procedure Call) service on your Bang & Olufsen product, there are a few things you can try to resolve the issue.

  • Restart the RPC service: Sometimes, simply restarting the RPC service can resolve the issue. To do this, go to your Windows Services Manager, locate the RPC service, right-click on it, and select "Restart."
  • Check your network connection: If the RPC service is not working, it could be due to a network connection issue. Check that your network connection is stable and that your device is connected to the internet.
  • Update your device drivers: Outdated device drivers can cause issues with the RPC service. Make sure that all of your device drivers are up to date.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
