Hi,

I am trying to remove the Bang & Olufsen toolbar from aproximately 35 laptops. I have over 70 of these laptops but only about half have the tool bar issue. The toolbar stays in the forefront and can not be closed. It will give you the option to hide it, this only reduces its size. If you accidently mouse across it , it comes back full size. I have seen other post on other forums about this very issue going back about six months, but have yet to see a resolution. Does anyone know how to disable it? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Jeremy

We also have this problem with many of our Elitebook 840 G4's. Any suggestions from Support on this?

Hi,

What I found to be my issue was a Chrome extension called Google Tone. We had pushed it out to all of our Teachers and Students through Their Google accounts. Once I disabled that extension the problem went away. Hope this helps.
