Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15-cn0009ur
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi. My HP Envy x360 15-cn0009ur laptop does not have the Bang & Olufsen audio program, only Realtek. That said, there is a problem that the sound has become too quiet. I can't remember what this has to do with. Perhaps my master I know removed the Bang & Olufsen software. Can I get it back and restore the volume? Or this software didn't exist and the Realtek drivers are enough and the problem is different?

Please use Windows Store, search for Bang & Olufsen Audio and install to your machine
