After creators update the B&O EQ settings are missing

 

how can I turn them on?

@Oscar2104 Welcome to HP Forums!

I have a few steps to help you out:

 

Please try the B&o GUI provided by the Realtek HD Audio software package on the following link: Click here

When the installation has completed, restart the notebook.

 

If that doesn't work, update the BIOS, Chipset/Audio drivers using this link: Click here to find and install the same.

 

Let me know how that pans out,
