Hello, I'm trying to use the equalizer within the Bang and Olufsen audio control. The levels are greyed out and I get a message that the feature is unavailable when earphones are plugged in.I have no earphones plugged in ? I have unistalled the software and reinstalled the audio drivers ( the bang and olufsen gets reinstalled with the drivers ) any solutions ?

I reviewed your post and I understand that your equalizer option is grayed out in the Bang & Olufsen app.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

  • What is the product number of your computer?
  • Are you trying to play audio online or from your computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you run the audio troubleshooter and it will automatically find and fix the audio related issues.

- Launch Troubleshooting by typing and clicking “Troubleshooting” in Windows search.

- Click on "Playing Audio".

- Follow the on-screen instructions.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

I recommend you uninstall the audio driver from the device manager and then download and install it from the below link and test.
