HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cs0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bang&Olufsen mysteriously disappeared. Same thing happened to Beats Audio with a previous HP Laptop. Any recover options. I have tried EVERYTHING with HP Support--they've remoted in 3 times, updated, Realtek, bios, etc. Any ideas? Thank you.

Can you see B&O Control now. If you wish,  please do a clean install Audio software/driver to get the latest one:

(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,

           https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp92501-93000/sp92941.exe

(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.

Regards.

Wait a minute Banhien, I clicked around more in that area and found it! Restored! Honestly not sure what changed but it's back. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. Instant sound enhancement. Best to you! Andy
