The Bang & Olufsen driver is installed by the Realtek HD audio driver on your notebook's support page.
I have a HP Envy x360 15-ee0047nr notebook that has an AMD Ryzen processor and uses the Realtek audio.
It came with the B&O software too.
I had to clean install W11 because it would not do an in-place upgrade to W11, and the notebook only has W10 drivers.
I installed the latest W10 Realtek audio driver from the support page and I got the B&O software.
After the driver was installed after a couple of minutes or less, the B&O software got installed.
It may have come as an automatic download from the Microsoft Store.
