Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew1000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I noticed the reviews raved about the great audio on this model and was surprised when the audio was very quiet. I then realized there was no sound coming from the top facing Bang & Olufsen speakers. I updated everything and followed the recommendations on some older posts, but to no avail. I'd really love my expensive new notebook to have working speakers. Please help.

HP Recommended

There are no speakers coming from the Top ( keyboard sides). They are located under the laptop facing down. Disappointing. I'm about to return mine due to not having or finding any audio control where I can control my audio settings.  Tried removing/adding again my audio device and drivers from HP but nothing.
