Product: Hp zbook 14u g5 touch i7 8550u

I was listening to music and I wanted to increase bass so I tried to open bang & olufsen audio panel and nothing happened then I Uninstalled it and installed fresh audio drivers. And I still don't have b&o audio panel. How can I install it?
