Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bang and olufsen audio control panel is not working, the control panel only shows black screen and unresponsive. Speakers and microphones are functional but the bang and olufsen is not working. Tried to uninstall/reinstall the drivers and  control panel, but with no success.

Hope the following software works

 

            https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp119001-119500/sp119373.exe

 

or you have to use older version

 

           https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp111001-111500/sp111438.exe

I installed both the driver versions you recommended, but still the Bang and Olufsen Audio Control Panel is black. Maybe it is caused by display configuration issues or the like?

Please try a CLEAN install

 

(a) Open Device Manager,

(b) Locate Sound and expand it,

(c) Right click Conexant ISST Audio and select uninstall,

(d) Reboot machine,

(e) Install downloaded driver/software last time.

(f) Reboot again
