Product: HP Omen 15-ek0015tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought a HP omen laptop. Yesterday I have noticed the bang and olufsen softwares are completely missing from the laptop. I tried uninstall/reinstalling Realtek (R) audio driver but that did not resolve the issue. I asked online support assistant who suggested me to reinstall Windows, which is the ultimate option. Is there any other way round to get back the bang and olufsen interface? Realtek driver sounding low and cold compared to the B&O.

i think B&O has change name to 'Omen Audio Control' on Omen 2020... because i dont have any B&O apps on my new Omen too... there's nothing to do with reinstalling driver...
