Hi, my Bang & Olufsen sound control app is missing on my HP Envy laptop and I can't find it on the HP Support site.

 

Where can I download the app for this laptop?

Hi there, solved it by myself 😊

The app could easily  be reactivated in the Windows settings / app menu.

The app should come with the Audio driver. Please check

 

         BandOb.png

 

and install Realtek software/driver if required but  what EXACTLY is your HP Envy 17" ? Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:


    https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824


Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).

Hi, re-installing the (latest) driver didn't do the trick on my HP ENVY Laptop 17-ce0xxx

 

Any other suggestions?
