Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello everyone. I cant adjust the sound output from the headphones output in my HP notebook. it only seems to work on the speakers but not the headphone output. I've tried adjusting the settings in the B&O equaliser menu but it has no effect on headphone output. Is the a HP issue or B&O, can anyone help me please?
