Hi@Starwolf1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you have audio issues with your laptop.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any software or hardware changes to your laptop?

Does the issue persist when you connect a headphone to your PC?

As you mentioned you have issues playing audio from your laptop.

Let's start off by updating the Bios, Chipset, and graphics card drivers on your PC from our HP support website, using this link.

Windows is Update,

Try the steps recommended below.

Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver

Option 2: Update the audio driver in Device Manager

  1. Open Device Manager.
  2. Expand Sound video and game controllers.
  3. Right-click on Realtek Audio Device.
  4. Select Update Driver Software.
  5. Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the drive

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

All drivers are updated. Have sound through Realtek. B&O still doesn't connect. Could I re-install the app?

Updated drivers through Windows Update seemed to have brought it back. I normaly update drivers with Iobit Driver Booster Pro. Hopefully this will keep it working. Thank you for your time. 🙂
